What exactly is mindfulness? Mindfulness is the practice of nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment. The best way to develop mindfulness is to practice, practice, practice! Betsy offers opportunities to learn about mindfulness in a variety of formats:

Mindfulness at Home or in the Workplace in 1-2.5 hour, half-day, six-week classes or eight-week classes, based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program as taught at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society(TM) at UMAss Medical School.
